Mr. Singh has a Masters degree in law and has over 33 years of experience in the legal arena. He has succeeded in a range of prestigious legal authorities of India, including Superior Judicial Services for the Punjab, having retired as Additional District and Sessions Judge, and the prestigious Central Judicial Services in the Indian Army. He served as a trainer at the Chandigarh Judicial Academy, where all the Judicial officers of the India and overseas are trained on a regular basis.

Further, Mr. Singh has a wide experience in litigation of Civil, Criminal, Matrimonial, Commercial, Revenue and Real Estate matters. He specializes in NRI matters, including but not limited to, partition, possession, eviction, correction of revenue records and cheque bounce.

He is currently the standing Counsel for various organizations in the Punjab and Haryana High Court, including Local Self-Government, Punjab, Punjab State Industrial Export Corporation, Canara Bank and Guru Nanak Dev University (Amritsar).

Additionally, he is a designated Reporter for the official Journal of the Punjab and Haryana High Court i.e. Indian Law Reporter.

Adding to his repertoire, he is a qualified mediator under the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee, Supreme Court of India and is presently on the panel of the Mediation Centre, Punjab and Haryana High Court.

He has successfully completed many distinguished courses including Master Trainer Programme “Training of Trainers for Advancing Lawyering skills” conducted under the aegis of the Supreme Court of India.

He has received Certificate of Commendation from NALSA, Supreme Court of India, for “Utmost commitment and excellent work done in the provision of Legal Services” – 2013.

Mr Singh has to his credit several live talk shows on legal issues in Colleges, Indian and Foreign TV channels.
