Mr. Mehta is a law graduate and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. He was chosen from a global pool of senior executives across the globe for successfully completing the Executive Management Development Certification Program by ESADE Business School, Spain.

Over 30 years of cross cultural, cross functional experience of leading People and Culture function in large Indian as well as multinational companies at pan India level; Extensive experience of guiding, enabling and partnering business leaders in achieving identified operational as well as strategic goals and ensuring sustained operations at local, regional and country level has been his forte.

He has been instrumental in managing large and complex administrative challenges which include end to end dealing with vendors, clients, customers, contractors, Government officials, Liaison with Counsels and representing company in various civil suits and litigation – especially related to Transfer of Property and Eviction / Unauthorized occupation etc.

Shreyamun is an experienced professional in proactively appreciating and fulfilling stakeholder expectations in the most challenging and testing work environments in a fair and transparent manner and ensuring timely response and delivery.

He brings along with him strong grip and knowledge in guiding and managing financial domain of mid-sized businesses and creating / executing a well-planned and balanced financial budget in the overall interest of the organization and stakeholders.

Overseeing administration and practicing law, with foundation of ethics at its core, are integral and foundation of his almost three decades of professional career – Armed Forces as well as Corporate.
